Vodka. Your favorite vodka well work perfectly in this co*cktail. If you want to change the flavor, try a flavored vodka that would compliment the coffee taste, such as vanilla (which I love using for vanilla flavor without using vanilla syrup) or caramel.

Coffee liqueur. As with the classic espresso martini, this frozen version uses coffee liquor.Mr. Blacksis a great option, orKahlua.

Espresso. Brew espresso fresh for the best flavor. Strongly brewed coffee will also work.

Baileys or coffee creamer. If you prefer a creamier co*cktail, add in Baileys or your favorite coffee creamer! You can also omit this ingredient if you like a black espresso martini.

Step 3. Pour into chilled coupe martini glasses and add coffee beans or espresso beans on top! You also can add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.

STORAGE

As with most frozen drinks, this is best consumed right away. Letting it sit out will cause the ice to melt, and will result in the co*cktail becoming watery. If you do need to store it, pour it into ice cubes then freeze it. Once ready to use, re-blend and pour into a glass.
